This course teaches parents
how to individualize home education through both educational
theory and practical application. By taking "Able to Teach"
parents can earn a certificate verifying they have met the
state requirement of a parent-qualifying course.
Format:
2-3 hour Launch Session on campus to orient participants to
format of the course.
6 Online/text study sessions (apx 15 hours)
6 hour Wrap-up Session- Discuss further the course content
and review samples of curricula.
