Customized Non-Test Assessments

Washington State Law does not define a non-test assessment. It only defines the one who may administer the non-test assessment. This allows teaching parents to work with the administrator to customize an assessment that will provide valuable information to the teaching parents while fulfilling state requirements. CFND’s state qualified non-test assessment administrator occasionally uses informal assessment tools, however, many parents choose the Peabody Individual Achievement Test.
