Two of the Washington State Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction approved Achievement Tests are: The California Achievement Test (CAT) and the Stanford Achievement Test (SAT).

MELC offers the California Achievement Test in a group setting in the Tacoma, Washington area during the first and second weeks in June each year.

MELC offers the CAT or SAT on a small group or individual basis year around by appointment.
