Helps for Homeschoolers

Washington State Law requires independent homeschoolers to have children evaluated each year in one of two ways:

1. Standardized tests from approved list published by the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction
2. Non-Test Assessments must be administered by a state certified teacher who is currently working in education.
